Q: How does this work?

A: We have a free 30 minute chat over the phone (after you have contacted us) so we can discuss more about your business, as well as what your expectations are. We can also discuss the fee. Don’t worry if we go over 30 minutes, we want to ensure it’s right for you.

Q: How will we know this is going to work?

A: Truthfully, it fully depends on whether you as the manager or business owner understands how things are looking from the guest perspective. Which is what we do to start with. We come in as the guest to see how things are operationally, as well as sales from the start of the guest journey to the finish. We expertise in Sales and Marketing & Operations. Luckily, we get to have a chat whether you think this is the right move or not without paying anything.

Q: My budget is really limited, can you still help?

A: Yes! Of course. ConferenceIn wish to help as many businesses out there. We can discuss what budget you have, whether this is for a day, week, month or more.

Q: Have you consulted any other businesses?

A: Yes. Although only a handful, we have helped consult other businesses, more specifically - hotels in the UK. We do not promote the fact we have helped others as we offer a strict confidentiality with them.
